July 30, 2024Jul 30 Was it ever actually confirmed that she recorded a video for this and not just an ad or something? Dua said on a Instagram post last month that "a music video" was shot in Budapest but didn't say which song. A Hungarian website said it's for Falling Forever but I'm not sure how reliable source it is.
July 31, 2024Jul 31 I'm just not sure if she should bother with releasing any other single off the album tbh. Maybe a brand new single with a strong duet, and 3 other brand new songs and re-release the album and wrap the era up. Hopefully 2025 will bring us DL4!!!
August 29, 2024Aug 29 So is this going to be an official single only in certain market or WW?! And are we getting a music video for it etc etc!!!
August 29, 2024Aug 29 Yeah I'm not convinced sorry. If she was going to push this as a single she would have done it by now. The visualiser video is three months old so nothing officially announced.
August 29, 2024Aug 29 Not exactly thrilled if this is true, but glad the campaign hasn't just been dumped in the water (again, if true)
August 29, 2024Aug 29 I guess we'll see! It being sent to radio in France might not necessarily mean it's destined to be a full blown single, does it? Although if that's all it was, then that's still probably enough for it to be considered as a single by Wikipedia! I'm still of the opinion that These Walls is by a distance the most sensible choice to be a single... but it should have impacted ages ago. It feels like they've left it too late.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 Author I think there's a chance that this could be a WW release. Although "Fever" is a contradiction to this, "Love Again" is proof that this could happened because the track was officially picked as a French single first and, then, it was to the rest of countries. However, I agree that it's weird that she and her team are pushing a new single now when they should have done that some time ago, so I'm wondering what are their plans. Also, I'm intrigued with "Falling Forever". The only thing I could think of is that the Hungarian reports messed up with the name of the song, unless they're a planning to go with both of them and they switched it last minute. 🤷🏽♂️
August 30, 2024Aug 30 It's 3 months too late! Should have done this on album release week when it still had Spotify playlist support. It's like they're running around clueless and don't know what to do. A feature/remix is the only thing that will work now or brand new song. Ideally, just record a new album and move on.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 I wonder if she will try and reunite with TaP? As for TW being a single, it’s probably the best/safest choice but not even sure that will do anything unless a duet version is being planned. Best thing for her to do is get DL4 ready for next spring/summer.
September 1, 2024Sep 1 How often do songs get playlist support, dropped, and then picked up again a few months later?
September 7, 2024Sep 7 Yeah this isn't happening. I have to say this feels like the most abrupt end to an era for any major pop singer I can recall in recent memory. She was headlining Glasto just a few months ago and very much talked about for it, she delivered, and then nothing since. It has been a sudden and wasteful end to what could have been a strong era. Too late now for anything to happen from this album. Whatever video was allegedly teased must have been lost and they gave up trying again. Dua deserves better from her management. Guess that's all we will see from her now until 2026 maybe.
November 6, 2024Nov 6 Author A new version of "These Walls" featuring Pierre De Maere is expected to be released this Friday.
November 9, 2024Nov 9 She needs a new manager. I feel like she's kind of backed herself into a corner by hiring her dad as a manager. Like how would she go about firing him?
November 9, 2024Nov 9 Well I hope they make enough money from this tour, and her family is happy, so then she can hire a new manager for her 4th era!!!
