Bit harsh on O'Neil! They've been not bad this season, but completely fell apart today. Think Ten Haag will be the first to go unfortunately.

Well at the time people praised his Bournemouth heroics just because he kept them up after that 9-0 battering but I think now we can say that was a strong team given how Iraola has took them to another level.

You look at all that attacking talent at Wolves and yet they've lost 13 out of the last 17 games and won only once, it's a joke!

They have also lost their two best players in the summer and replaced them poorly (Killman & Neto) and the Bournemouth team has changed a bit under Areola in the past two transfer windows esp at the back (albeit losing Solanke upfront)!

Not saying questions shouldn’t be asked just that he’s done alright with his lot. Thought they’d go down last season.

Personally I don’t see much talent at Wolves. At one time they were a Mecca for Portuguese talent but now they’re left with drips and drabs. I can see him getting sacked but I can also see them getting relegated either way.

Neto was never one of their best players, ridiculously overrated with terrible stats (not surprised Chelsea bought him). 2 goals in 31 games last 2 seasons!

Cunha is an absolute beast, he'd get into the United team easily (doesn't say much atm but still ) I like Strand Larsen and Ait-Nouri as well. The only grace you can give them is that a very tough fixture schedule to start the season (Man City next as well!) but their defence is gonna rival Sheffield United's from last season at this rate.

Their defence was a shambles yday and O Neil admitted that it wasn’t like the rest of their games but worrying to see. Yeh Cunha is quality imo, where’d they get him from?

Another team that got all giddy about beating a terrible United team and then go and lose their next match.
Guys other teams don’t care if they beat United, just focus on yourselves 😂

The City legal ruling is interesting. Both sides spinning it as a win for themselves. but does look like a bigger win for the Premier League imo. This ruling btw was raised by Man City to try and undermine and help support their 115 charges. Not sure it does that - but does look like this has implications for lots of clubs now, which I'm sure the PL might have to help fund.

The West Ham one was my favourite Kudos just lost the plot at how bad they were.
He needed 3 red cards in one! Be very surprised if he doesn't get a longer ban than the standard 3 matches.
Yeh two slaps and not sure what he did after the foul tackle!
Think Palace are going down this season. Can't believe just how much Olise leaving has affected them especially considering he missed so many games through injury anyway. Whole team is completely toothless and Eze looks completely disinterested cos he didn't get his big money move away. That purple patch last season was so obviously a false dawn in hindsight. Glasner first manager to be sacked for me.
I think their problem is mental. Olise left. The striker went to the olympics. The midfielder didn’t get a minute for England. Eze didn’t get a move. They probably all lack full motivation which will lock in once they get in a relegation fight. Hard to see past Ipswich and Southampton going down after that I guess time will tell but I really don’t think it’ll be palace
5 year anniversary today of Leicester's 9-0 win against Southampton. Coincidentally it happened on a Friday and 5 years later Leicester play again on a Friday. No doubt they would love a repeat of that tonight!

Yeh they seemed unstoppable last year so would like to see them recover. Palace must be one of the smallest teams to have survived so long in the top flight now, old fashioned ground, not the hugest finances etc

Only during that honeymoon period under Glasner, they were massively overachieving and no way was it gonna be sustainable.

Reminds me of when Newcastle went on that crazy run in 2011/12 under Pardew, then next season were back to their usual dross.

Or United under Ole, either way for me Palace have overachieved for 10 years now.
Yeah Ole was lucky to be the manager during lockdown/no crowds. That's when the players played their best stuff without any fan pressure as they have weak mentalities.
