July 2, 2024Jul 2 That was such a fun match! The goal from Austria was perfectly timed from a neutral point of view as well and that save from the Turkish goalkeeper at the end was world class.

July 2, 2024Jul 2 This is some turnaround from the last euros from Turkey. They were statistically the worst team at that tournament and now into the last 8 this time round.
July 3, 2024Jul 3 Kokcu booked for Turkey, he'll miss the quarterfinal if Turkey win. I'm curious to know what happens if they get suspended but their team doesn't get through. Are they banned for next Euros tournament or just the next UEFA-affiliated match? It's a shame these two couldn't have played France, Portugal, or England and smoked any of the lot. Um Türkiye did play Portugal and got smoked themselves :lol:
