Sadly it does seem that Kylie & Co may have thought this song would be bigger than it is. Did they think a Hyde Park gig would be enough to get it promoted?

I think BMG were expecting a lot more than just trying to get the song onto some playlists with 3 x physicals, paid adverts on socials, getting the 3 of them together at BST etc.,

Thing is now My Oh My is on Radio 2 A list lol so if they release another song then they need to get it swapped over lol

Funny thing is though My Oh My (which I still love) has already been streamed more in 10 days than half the Tension album, so it's doing its job

 

I also see Kylie and Bebe are performing at Sziget Festival in Hungary. Kylie on 7th and Bebe on 10th August

This song is best locked away to never see the light of day. She has other amazing songs instead on Tension.

There’s no way the vinyl will only shift 1k - if the CD can sell 1.2k and the cassette 900 copies then the vinyl sales will outstrip them both even if the track if not a fan favourite it will still be snapped up.

Nice to see the song getting on some smaller European playlists and radio/dj playlists.

Ya id say they are disappointed but im happy enough with it going top 75, a few better songs from kylie failed to achieve that or even top 100 so i will be thankful for the small things.
