I think any potential update would just be ignored by the GP - the 1996 version will always be the classic.

It's been updated numerous times however the fickle public go back to the version they know :lol:

And every single one of them is awful 😍

I just can't bring myself to play a football song that is so old and now out of date with the player references. At least re-record with modern references. Or support the Atomic Kitten song!

2002 and 2006 were just re-issues of the first two. They did a new Christmas version in 2019.
