Out next after surviving by a whisker last round is Shayne Ward with his romantic ballad 'Breathless'. It was Shayne's second and final single released from his second album of the same name. It's rumoured to have been written about his girlfriend at the time Faye Mckeever. He'd release only one more single in 2010 which was a Nickelback cover 'Gotta Be Somebody' which peaked at 12 and then switched over to acting being cast in Coronation Street from 2015!

Phantom Planet, it's just ok for me. As far as the big US mid-00s teen drama theme tunes go, I thought I Don't Wanna Be by Gavin DeGraw was notably better, but didn't do half as well in the chart here.

Liberty X for the ultimate bland cover, at least Blue had the drama x
