Ans it doesn't even make sense!! Harry and Teddy would have sorted him out alone. He was terrified of them!! That's without even talking about Our Nicola!

Also where is Barney, odd that he's nowhere to be found during a teen centric storyline not to mention his brother going missing

The Joel storyline is very interesting and so far its been written and performed very well by all involved, its also a storyline i can see potentially winning best storyline at the soap awards.

Yea I'm hating the ravi/okie/harry story right now, the only plot actually keeping me engaged is Joel's

Literally me during today's episode. As soon as Okie appeared I just skipped on lmao

The ending of the ep was verrrry Adolescence 😄

Tony Caunter, who played Roy Evans, has passed away 💔 apparently this comes just 8 days after his wife of 60+ years died as well 😭

RIP to them both. What a fab actor he was.

Lexi is so so terribly written, look at Lily for example having the pregnancy storyline and then look at Lexi being written as if she’s about 7

I feel like Lexi is a believable 13 year old, especially some of her behaviours and attitude. She's got to have a strong head on her given what she's been through but you can see the teenager too. Her throwing a tantrum over Johnny coming into Callum's life is comical.

Oddly the most realistic teenage portrayal in the show is Avani, played by a 25 year old.

Go on Harry, give us your best gurn 😂

Fantastic work from Alex Walkinshaw this week, especially today. Harvey and eventually Ian helping Ross at the end was nice to see, especially when they've both been in similar positions with their kids.

It's boring. He beat Vicki up - and again, after recently showing how hard she is in fights... a little bit of unintentional sexism in the storytelling - and then ... he got carted off. That was it. It doesn't feel like he got his just desserts. The whole aftermath has focused on Ross, with him defending his ATROCIOUS parenting, and saying he did all that he could. Lies. He was one of the worst on the show, EVER. Total enabler. The good thing is it highlighted some of their hypocrisy, as the other parents have often covered up worse - such as murders - but other than that... But Eastenders is all about hypocrisy, or otherwise no character would react to another, as who hasn't murdered/ cheated on/ been cheated on/ slept with several generations of the same family, etc, on the Square.

I'm glad it didn't have Ross go down over his knuckles, and made a point of mentioning the swabs and dna, but now it is TOO realistic. No follow up, no remorse, just Vicki being dragged off to do a walking tour in the Lakes with broken ribs.
