As much as it’s weird, Zac and Vicki are about the best Zac has been in quite a while. I actually thought him and Lauren worked too. They throw so many things at him that they don’t really stick to one thing and let it work. Not sure the romance is needed at all but I think they work together well on screen anyway.

Also why would Sharon have any right to say anything when she married her own adoptive brother lmfaooo

They have tried a lot of different arcs with Zac but it doesnt seem to work, his character just never really hits it off with the audience.

Isn't that what Neighbours or Hollyoaks did??

Did we not get a flashforward for the 6?

That was just a scene, this is going to be the whole episode

Hollyoaks kind of but it had bits of it not a full episode so similar to the Six. It was in 2019 and had hints of stuff like a wedding that was happening as well as a death, which set up a lot of 2020. I think Emmerdale did similar this year as well they had like five little teases involving different characters/storylines, one of which ended up being the big car crash into the lake that killed off 3 characters. I think Corrie has done flash forward scenes as well in the last year or so lol

So as far as I know this would be a first for a proper full flashforward episode, it would depend if it like Hollyoaks it sets up some mysteries, or if it’s like the Six where it’s just one storyline, it could be a wedding for Max or something and they deliberately don’t show much of anything else. The idea is good but it’s EE following trends instead of setting them and it feels like a gimmick in lieu of just having a strong story, especially since they’ve already done the idea partly with the Six. I would assume it would be a wedding or even death for Max but then anyone being killed would be way too similar to the Six.

I mean, will it really be any good given the last few months? What will we see in the flashforward? Zoe still harping on about a stalker? Ravi and Priya still arguing about his activities? Zac still existing between potential storylines? Sharon returning for 15 minutes?

Why do I get the feeling they're gearing up to kill Ravi off? I guess it would be on brand if the way police informant Vincent ended up is anything to go by 👀

January 2027… Max stands about to get married to a mystery woman. Zoe bursts in “stop the wedding!!! Have you seen Mini Mo? She’s gone missing”

Jasmine lurks around the corner. Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun

I genuinely don’t even think they’ve got as far as realising what they are trying to do with all these “mysteries” and are buying time lol

I did have a thought that Sam could be behind it via Ricky who’s helping because Zoe caused his daughter to move to Brazil but then I remember Lilly and Charli didn’t go so that doesn’t really go anywhere. I’m just not paying enough attention.

Sam makes the most sense I guess but I'd like for it to be something completely unexpected to keep us on our toes. As annoying as it's playing out I am keen to see how it does end.
