Sam always just looks so at home when she’s Kim.

I won’t be able to tolerate her being the stalker though. It’s just seems for too petty for her. I will be interested to see her and Zoe interact after all this time but that’s what I thought about Anthony and look where we are now.

But he haa all the range of a plank of wood, so...

I saw an old episode today on the u&drama channel which was originally broadcast on 26th June 2009, the day after Michael Jackson’s death and his death was mentioned in that episode

I'm up as far as Tuesday, and I was a little disappointed to see Freddie and Anna go without a Julia's theme and a doof-doof. It would have been quite nice with them walking off down the road together.

Wouldn't have taken much for them to swap the last two scenes rather than it being all about Anthony and Howie (yawn).

I was too and even more disappointed they didnt even get the final scene of the episode either.

I wish they hadn’t made Zack Barney’s dad. Barney had much better chemistry with Teddy and from a character perspective it made so much more sense.

They haven’t bothered with Teddy at all since that reveal.

So many characters going to prison for things they haven’t done. No one even mentions Kheerat anymore.

People have been correctly Nigel all year but not one person mentions to him that Sam isn’t Clare?

💯💯💯💯💯

Thwy baaically replaced Teddy, a multilayered character with potential, with Zack with that shoddy storyline. They even removed him from the show for Zack to be rewarded with gettin Barney... All to give Zack something to do.

Eastenders seems to think thw kids should be carbon copiws of their parents so, oh, guess Barney must be Zack's!!!

Janine too... over a photograph of her standing at a bin, "because it has to mean something, by Jim!!!", and he said, she said.

10/10 for Julie punching Sam to the ground, no notes. A half decent episode today, may the calibre continue please.

Agreed! I tuned in for first time in a month a half

Teddy seems like such a wasted character, his dynamic with the rest of the new Mitchell's was really great, I'm so not feeling ee at all these days

Replacing him with Zack is just MIND BOGGLING!!!

These will be dark days!!

Actuqlly, I hope he returns wirh Janine, married, after she met him there and found a way to get him out, and now she's after his money and tryna kill him off... That would make for a good storyline and a clash between her and Nicola. Then she can kill Zack and Calum instead

That was a pretty good episode by current standards, felt like some things were moving forward. Absence of Zoe helps.

Not sure why Barney has to move in with Zack-Zack’s whole possessive demeanor about Barney gives me the ick. Surely if he needs to be away from home, wouldn’t Billy and Honey be a good option?

I still don't understand:

  1. Why Jasmine was obsessed with Cindy and had no interest in Zoe at all. In a time where they've consistently been shoving obvious secrets in everyone's faces they've done the complete opposite here and it makes absolutely no sense yet.

  2. Zoe has already told Anthony that they were not together in 2005 when she would've conceived, which is also our on screen understanding.

  3. Who the heck is hassling Jasmine then?? Or are The Fords still in the picture as a formerly adoptive family of hers?

I hope these are addressed, especially the first one. The second one will probably be explained away as being "Zoe was lying".

Maybe the Cindy obsession was just to get closer to Oscar but given how into Jasmine he has been from the start she really wouldn't need to have any sort of ulterior motive to be around him so even that doesn't make sense 😂 Try to keep a Slater away from a Branning challenge 🤭

Anthony being the dad also doesn't make sense, I'd rather it was some random tbh and also how does Jasmine even know Zoe is her mum ???
