January 13Jan 13 Yea she just seems straight up unnecessary, I cannot warm to her at all. Why couldn't they just bring back Lee or Nancy with a partner/family or something if they wanted to expand Linda's family and give her more scope for storylines

Or part of a family idk, I don’t think Linda vaguely knew her 35 years ago” is really a valid reason to shove such an OTT character in our faces with no build up.I’ve got a feeling it may end up being a repeat of Mick and Linda with Max/Linda/Bea, and whilst Kellie Bright will nail any storyline she’s given, she can definitely do better than this. Maybe it will be nuanced in that Bea has more vulnerability as she goes but it’s just a really jarring way to introduce a new character.

Snore.The Ravi stuff is interesting I guess but what route are they going down, is he going to struggle with his mental health? Aaron Thiara should be good with that material I just hope they don't screw it up.
January 15Jan 15 Oscar saying Max would probably have an affair with the cake was funny.Jasmine had quite the rollercoaster episode eh! It was a little bit too much at once, whiplash after whiplash. I don't think there was any doubt she wasn't Anthony's killer but I don't understand the need for her to film it and herself? It was a little clunky. Could've worked just as well with a quick flashback. As much as I hate to say it, I don't get why we're seeing nothing of Zoe in all this? Writing Kat out too so Jessie can have a break means Jasmine is carrying this storyline (and not very well). I know we're about to head into Joel's trial so it could be a while before we see Zoe again properly and it feels off (surprise surprise).

January 16Jan 16 Jasmine on the milk float was pure embarrassing. They’re trying to force similarities between her and Kat and it isn’t working.I actually can’t believe Anthony’s ongoing legacy will be that he was a controlling creep who was a danger to women. He was never the most dynamic character but this was literally just mad up over the last six months.
January 17Jan 17 Jasmine has so much potential, but it still feels like they don’t know what to do with her. We had the mystery and the vulnerability now instead of breaking that down and building a strong character to stand with the Slaters, they’ve done just decided to go aggressive with her and make her a murderer and a mess?? I guess she did push Cindy down the stairs lmfao. But still, they’ve got a character connected to two big families, they don’t really have to do much with her and they’ve got a great character potentially but they are throwing every possible personality at her instead.And for them to finally reveal she’s Zoe’s daughter after that storyline dominating for MONTHS going round in circles then have neither Kat or Zoe on screen for any of it… what’s the point?! That doesn’t help it feeling like they have no idea what to do with her.
