I didn’t think Josh was THAT bad an actor when he joined but the last few performance have been abysmal.

They should have had Bea be like an absolutely mental Mad May level villain or very short term. Like she could have just been in those couple of episodes with Linda’s school reunion and kicked off a storyline for Linda somehow, or they just go balls to the wall she blew up the Peacock palace or Honey’s place or something lol Idk what they were trying to achieve but they haven’t really achieved anything, there were glimpses of camp but a complete waste of a character all told.

I agree on Josh too, I remember even really liking him at first but now it’s just excruciating when he’s on screen. I suppose the point, especially now they are redeeming Jasmine and making you root for her, is that he is this self centred spoiled brat who’s always got what he wants and expects that all the time, but the actor being horrific doesn’t help or make him an entertaining villain or anything close. Plus with the Truemans and Fox-Brannings now having Denise’s storyline which is looking to be the highlight of the year, he doesn’t even have the more light hearted family bonding so he has nothing going.

Diane Parish is the most outstanding actress this show has, finally she gets something that has her front and centre. I know she had the Six and her psychosis but that was tied to an overwrought dragged out murder plot, this is all about her and she’s already completely and utterly smashing it to say the least.

Yea I agree with how well Diane is doing this storyline, Kim was maybe a bit too keen with the haircut though "oh you've got cancer? Just as well I've got the clippers and the headscarf ready" 😭

It's kind of mad that today was the first time Chelsea and Libby as characters have had a scene together in 16 years, and even with Zaraah now in role it didn't feel any different to how they were before. It's good of them to also acknowledge Libby's lack of appearances in recent years (granted Belinda was in Holby City after her last appearance in EE) too. I saw someone the other day say something about Libby still being in Oxford for her 23rd year of university!! cheeseblock

Diane Parrish has always been a powerhouse but it’s good to finally see her centre stage with a good storyline. The last time they chose her to be leading lady she was eating out of bins, cooking pasta and studying for a single GCSE, they’re giving her the decent stuff.

And I love Kim as a comedy character but Tameka always excels at the big drama too. She was sensational last night making me feel without even saying a word. I’ve always believed those two as sisters.

Speaking of which it’s incredible to think that Zaraah and Belinda have never been on screen together before yesterday. They have also got the sister chemistry.

I did love Jordan tonight describing Nicola as ‘the big scary lady with the yellow hair’.

Sheila already giving me shady vibes. She's definitely going to go running to Gray isn't she ugh. Sometimes it's crap that you can see straight through a storyline that never keeps you guessing.

Not another AI storyline though. So is Bea's angle to make Honey think Billy is cheating? To what end?

Also want to shout out how much I am enjoying the dynamic of Penny/Vinny/Gina/Harry though it will all get ruined at some point it's nice while it lasts.

Queen Auntie YoYo ❤️

"Jordan's in hospital with Yolande and her version of the Old Testament."

Had to laugh at that!!

And really... Let's not wait until I am home and on my own, I'll create a fake AI dating profile for Billy in the middle of a busy bar whilst his wife has nipped for a wee. 🙄

As if Billy would have the know-how to set up a dating profile

I'm predicting an abduction storyline between Sheila and Jordan, I just can't figure out how Gray is going to come back into it though if not just a quick visit between him and Sheila shown which reveals their plan

Sheila is nowhere near old enough to be Grey’s Nan. Not when we already met his dad, her son, who looked no very much younger than she appears.

I mean I’m sure there’s mathematics that can support it, but she wasn’t exactly Mo Harris was she?

Sheila is giving Temu clearance bin Debbie’s mum

This is the side to Bea we should've seen months ago not just before she leaves.

I do like how Karen has been involved in Chelsea and Jordan's story, it makes it seem more real to actually get her advice here.

Also, HALF CHRISTMAS KLAXON.

I know it makes sense and all but I really wish they’d leave Karen in the last, horrendous character.

Bea, who hasn’t even been in Walford a full six months and has literally made one friend in all that time and only had sporadic weird interactions with other characters, seems surprised no one remembered her birthday. She likely hasn’t had the opportunity to tell anyone about it.

I know Honey has always been a ditsy character but they’re really doing a number on her intelligence. She’s not supposed to be that thick.

And when you wonder whether Zoe’s dating app references are building to a new juicy storyline but no, it’s just another random Bea thread.

I know we’ve all said this but it is absolutely crazy how much they shoved Zoe on us last year compared to her being the most nothing character now lol like she’s got two children she’s finally found and the most they can muster up for her is that she happened to be on the dating app that Bea chose to put AI Billy on.

Zoe must have those age restrictions on her app turned off for Billy to pop up 😂😅

This Nicola and Suki beef seems so random, I feel like I've missed something?

Nicola vs Suki is the feud we deserve but it does seem to have just randomly started. I can’t really remember anything of it from before? I guess Ravi holding Barney off a bridge might have kickstarted something but I don’t really remember.

I don’t see why all these people who have known Billy for years are doubting him? Yes, he’s made mistakes before but ALL they know about Bea is how dodgy she is? She’s already committed fraud that they all know about?

You can almost hear the writes going ‘Yas go Bea iconic!’ Thinking that her cutting the head off the doll will become a new trending meme but they have just gotten this one so wrong.

Billy sending a voice note?

Would Billy give his phone to Honey if he knew there was "deleted message" showing on it?

Would Billy join a dating app to cheat when it's almost guaranteed someone else nearby would be on the same app?

I see we're relying on Honey not thinking that deeply when presented with all that info... But in reality...

And bread ending up on the floor was much more iconic than a Billy doll head!!
