That was all kinds of awful. I know Billy and Honey were due a big storyline but was that the best they could do?

The fight scene at the end had terrible dialogue, choreography and even the acting was limp. It was like Emma Barton couldn’t quite believe what they were asking her to do.

For me Bea has been a flop. No coherent storyline, plot driven drivel.

Next time, plan your character properly not jump in with the campest thing you can think of and assume it’ll satisfy.

Very low bars. They weren’t fun but they were storylines. The Bea ‘storyline’ was made up as they went along. It’s like they had Ronni Ancona signed up before they thought of anything to write. I’ve defended the show loads this year when people have moaned because I’ve seen them learn from mistakes. Jasmine as a character is getting better. They may be able to build Zoe up again. Cindy is making more sense. The Brannings work. Elaine works better now.

But I won’t defend this slop. I don’t care how camp it is.

Aye true - the storyline as whole has been awful and should’ve been done and dusted in a couple of weeks tops - not half the year!

The only good thing is actually giving Honey and Will something to do! The latter of which must’ve featured more this year than the last couple of years put together!

I agree about Jasmine getting better; the Zoe return storyline did no one any favours. But Jasmine has got way more likeable, but they needed to rescue her as a character as she had been awful.

That cracked me up. It does make you think how stupid some of the writers think a viewer is not to pick up on things like that.

I imagine so. Though owning the gym didn’t stop her spending 90% of the last year with Michelle.

Ben Wadey truly needs binning. What an awful decision. It sounds like she was frustrated with the direction of her character and asked for time off, he wasn't happy and he decided to get rid for good.

That is a completely bogus decision from Wadey, imagine asking for time off and them doing THAT. I have a feeling it’s going to be sudden and a pretty hard watch. I also hope it’s not linked to Matthew’s character as he was great in Hollyoaks.
