Yeah i think the fact theres no video teasers is playing a huge part. There’s nothing for people to talk about/spread around on social media which really helped Angel before it’s release

Understandable her not posting today. It’s more the overall hype since Fantasy was announced.

 

Promo singles worry me because it throws the GP off I’ve seen a lot of people thinking MC was the second single.

Song is good , I like it but I have the feeling that it never explodes. When it arrives to the chorus is missing something, even the melody is amazing. Defenetly is a good song but I’m not sure if it the second banger that she needs to establish herself. However, again good song and I can’t wait for the album.

P.s. I’ve noticed recently that NMF rarely has any effect anymore for some reason (I guess people are just happy endlessy streaming Beautiful Things, Too Sweet, Espresso et al) but that’s still promising!

This is GREAT for me on the first listen.

 

The structure is really interesting, and the fact it doesn't go where you expect it to go kept me engaged.

I hope she posts more tomorrow and has more content for people to share because the main issue right now seems to be unawareness that this is out. Gets better with every listen for me. It seems odd that it hasn’t entered Itunes? Even Midnight Cowboy had entered at this point.

She's carried over here enunciation from Love Sweet Love and No to her solo career, hasn't she?!

There are parts of the song I absolutely love, but some bits of it feel like they're lacking something. I really like that she's creating an identity for herself. Hope it smashes!

Remember that she has just lost a friend. I’m not sure she will be feeling up to promoting it on her socials rn! It’s a shame but we’ve got to respect her privacy atm and just wait for her to feel comfortable to promote it.
