“Diamonds From Sierra Leone” was the lead single from Kanye West’s 2nd album “Late Registration”, and reached #8 in July 2005. It samples the Shirley Bassey Bond theme “Diamonds Are Forever” The lyrics refer to Sierra Leone’s blood diamonds and the civil war.
