Nice to have a visualiser and love seeing the emotion in every word but this version just drags on for me. This should have came at the end of the first week of FUFN coming out.

Idk if it’s just me but the acoustic version of this just doesn’t really go with the song? I just don’t know if it’s just the way it was produced but it doesn’t go or sound in place with the song?

Sadly I agree. It’s a solid song but doesn’t have loads of replay value for me.

I sort of agree as well. I mean, I am enjoying it and giving it spins but it feels a bit standard compared to the other releases. I think the fact it takes aaaages to get going doesn't really help it either.

The theme of the song is anger in a relationship and moving away from it.

It needs the beat etc of the original. This new version just doesn't fit the sentiment. The swear words even less so.

But I’m really loving and bopping to the acoustic version lol. Usually I can give or take them and rarely ever go back beyond the one play, but I’ve been going back to this more than most acoustic versions and I love how it’s a new recording (even with added lyrics!!) and not just isolated vocals over the top of a generic guitar.

Also the song itself is a BANGER. I go back to it quite frequently! Bop bop BOP!

Agreed , was my reaction when it was announced and even after repeated listens it's lacking the anger emotion that well with a song titled like that is expected 😅

It's not terrible just feels unwarranted

So I've just listened to the acoustic version for the first time. I have no idea what y'all are hearing cos it's bloody amazing! Her vocals sound stunning on it. And as for the original, it's already shaping up to be my song of the year, I can't get enough of it somewhere in a parallel universe, it's having the 6 week run at #1 it so richly deserves.
