February 6Feb 6 Quite an average selection of basic pop as usual, but Hallucination I really like, the synths hit hard in a trance-lite way and it could be a borderline Q. The Unluckiest Boy Alive felt quite fresh and catchy too to me. The rest are fine to middling.
February 11Feb 11 Author My ratings: 1. Hallucination (9/10) 2. Air (7/10) 3. Hear My Prayer (6/10) 4. Proud (6/10) 5. I Belong To Me (6/10) 6. The Unluckiest Boy Alive (5/10) 7. ALLEZ ALLEZ (5/10) 8. Supernova (4/10) Top 5: 6.8/10 Overall: 6.00/10 again a selection full of mid songs but one song did stand out, so it's better than the atrocities of Norway and Iceland :kink:
February 24Feb 24 I really like Hallucination and The Unluckiest Boy Alive, both should be a good choice for Denmark!
March 1Mar 1 Author gagged at ESC Discord reporting the results:completing the podium was Adel the Second who was not second but third.
March 1Mar 1 A call needs to be made to give the girl some staging but there should be enough in this song to qualify.
May 7May 7 This is an almighty banger. She can sing it live very well too... but (my first time seeing this performed "live") there seems to be a disconnect in her as a performer. Like, everything is there except the staging/her charisma and stage presence is fairly... neutral, to me.I really hope it qualifies because the song is a top 5 of the year (and she sings it amazingly well), but I can definitely see why some other songs may be favoured more to qualify over this...
May 21May 21 This was my third favorite on the night but quickly growing to become my favorite in the long run. It so strongly resembles Loreen's entries (particularly 'Euphoria' IMO) that I can't help but feel 23rd was such a criminal result for it.
May 22May 22 ^agree, don't get the results, 2 from televoters is too low, was expecting 100 minimum :D but only Iceland voted for us
