I didn't expect it to be so high in the first look. But with lack of streams, it'll drop massively as the week progresses.

Spotify reach has actually increased a little to currently 24.8m listeners. It peaked at 41m in release week. Good to see it being added to playlists. I guess the remixes will be published same time

Over 3,000,000+ Spotify Worldwide Streams already I had a break from it and came back and it's still really catchy. Hope we get a few remixes

    #7 in the midweeks 🫣

Was not even expecting Top 20 in First Look let alone #7.

Shame downloads and streams will be next to nothing this week but will hopefully be another Top 75 hit.

A couple of weeks ago, #83 required 6,341 sales. #91 in a week in January sold 5,644.

Hard to say what #7 on a Sunday requires. Although there was a week in June 2023 when Sunday's #7 sold 5,200+.

Well they knew how many physicals they sold 4 weeks ago so if they had wanted too they knew how to get another top 40/75 hit for Kylie etc but they didn't release anything.

Now if they did release something it would only count for a few days for streaming and a few days downloads.

They probably will release in a remix package in a few weeks time lol

Another release which could have been handled better by Alok/Kylie teams

Honestly I believe that all the team behind this release cares about is that they've sold copies and have made the money. That the job is done and they are not paying close focus to what these sales ends up translating to in the UK chart.

With each release that happens, I just become less enthused with caring about the Top 100, particularly when it's a side project. It doesn't really mean anything to Kylie's career if it ends up at #54, #87 or misses out. It's sold what it's sold!

The money is the driving force but I think and maybe I'm wrong kylie still likes to be able to chart as top 75s are really what show in the record books, I know top 100 [76 to 100] less so.

I do also think when anyone releases a song they want it to do aswell as possible but realistically kylie knows she is no chart force anymore in the singles chart.

But this is only my opinion, I never fully understand why some labels mess up releases so badly by having everything so spread out, I know they want to give songs time to grow and give them nudges along the way but with LNIDIFIL I think it's pointless not having remixes out now to try and support the good work of the physical which has helped it get an early midweek showing plus a spin on the radio which it wouldn't have otherwise got.

Agree - they’ve made the money regardless of it charts at #32 or #102.

They could have nabbed Kylie several Top 40s but the label and Kylie/her management clearly don’t feel the need to chase it and it only becomes a want/frustration from the fans.

In the grand scheme of things they know it doesn’t matter at all if it makes the Top 40 or misses the Top 100 - she’s selling albums and tours so this is just a tool to promote those and keep the £ rolling in from physicals.

UK Mid Weeks (Monday 31st)

28 (NEW) Last Night I Dreamt....

Sales: 4,525 (71 yesterday)

CD: 1460

7": 2900

Streams: 14,959

Video: 618

So looks set to get around 5000 sales total by Friday if nothing else lands..

Surely Alok/Kylie and Ministry Of Sound can chuck out a store exclusive download to bump it up a little.

so 4360 of the 6000 physicals bought in UK

fans would get behind some downloads

up to 83 on UK Itunes. Another 5 sales added to the above total.

Get buying from Amazon, itunes, Video, Beatport etc. Stream some extra times

Oh, not too likely to make the Top 100 by Friday then. It doesn't seem like it's going to make it to 5000 sales (and it would really need 5500 to have a good chance of charting).

It's interesting to see how many physicals it's sold though!

165 of the 4,525 sales this week so far are downloads and streaming. Which suggests 500-600 sales maximum digitally this week. So its digital support is like 10% of where it would need to be to be a charting hit (without physical boost).

Being #7 in the mids to (potentially) not making the Top 100 is something you don’t see happen often

Keep downloading

UK Itunes

61 Kylie & Alok

Another 3 sales added lol

They can still release some store exclusive download or something but i hate when they react too slowly to things like this. They could have had a good hit this week with Friday Extended Mix release to Spotify or one single remix and tagging the original on for extra streaming.

Maybe there are bigger things coming but doubt it now.

4525 is higher than i was thinking, i didnt expect even close to that for the full week, realistically she needs close to 2k more to stay top 100 which i cant see happening unless they chuck out those remixes tomorrow.

Thing is those 4525 where all bought weeks ago so they knew their base for this week yet did nothing so they obviously not bothered about any sort of chart.

I know I know

i mean she is literally singing this at every gig she is playing yet it is getting lazy treatment.

Surely alok and friends can do a few remixes for us. Maybe for the New York gig on Friday 4th? A new song would be good too to help with building her streaming momentum

fans literally have nothing to buy. They downloaded the one version already, physicals have sold out and only one song to stream.......

oh well.
