It would actually be quite something if she managed to pull off #1 with it :o (although I think realistically Lola is going to be unstoppable for the next few weeks, by which time the 'Abracadabra' hype might have started to fade) I really feel like the album release week will be Abracadabra's golden opportunity to sneak a week at the top. The album hype will be crazy and, combined with strong playlist support, I can see it having an advantage over its competition. That said, who knows what will happen within the next few weeks. The BRITs might generate a huge hit.

Album release is still a month away - I think the single will have started to drop too much by then to challenge for #1, but I guess let's see how it holds up in the next couple of weeks.

There's risks involved, you arent guaranteed anything to protect the websites that host crowdfunding, but it's basically a pre-order that gives the creator funds to make the item. In this case, you pre -ordered an album, it allowed Block 33 the opportunity to create the album. Yeah that's pretty much how I would explain it, it's buying a product before it's even been created with the money from the purchase being used to make the product.

The sudden jump is probably cause they reported all the shippings in one day so whatever todays total is, it’ll probably the finis total as well.
