Back in the day with so many new entries/songs entirely fit for radio it would be fine but not in today's chart landscape. Skipping songs is fine if it's the right ones (long-runners/songs on ACR) unfortunately they hardly ever do it right.
March 26Mar 26 I’d be totally up for them playing the whole chart every week but I realise I’m not exactly the typical listener. The number of songs that are genuinely unplayable is pretty small. And actually I’d be less triggered by hearing “Lose Control” if it was just being played alongside every other song in the chart rather then being played as an editorial choice while new entries are skipped.Ultimately though I think we have to accept that we’re lucky to be getting a chart show at all in 2025.

March 26Mar 26 If you genuinely can’t cope with listening to Lose Control once every week, there’s probably bigger than problems than the length of the chart show to consider.
