Well that 18 month plan worked well.

That was such an shocking statement from Amorim, as if he was the one who calls the shots. No buddy that's not how it works.

  • Man Utd history with Brazilians is not amazing but he fits perfect for Amorim’s system. Sancho’s style suits European football not premier league football. Cunha is a proper premier league player

How can a 70m striker take the 10th penalty against a league two side? Embarrassing!

  • Casemiro wouldn't even get into Southampton's team, worst midfielder in the league.

Good riddance to Amorim! Easily one of the worst managers in the history of Man United. Only an idiot would carry on doing something that everyone can see is clearly not working, loss after loss but still sticking with the three at the back formation and his defeatist way of talking about the club and the players didn't help matters.

I’ve saw Twitter reports which may or may not be true stating Ruben got 10m compensation?

It was obvious he was trying to engineer his own sacking for that ludicrous payoff, fair play to him on that one. Making the owners look like a complete bunch of dimwits once again!

We've been complete dogshit for weeks now yet we're still somehow 6th in the league?! How bad is the prem this season 😳😅

Well we've literally dropped a place 20 seconds after me posting that 🤣 cheers Leeds!

Well, it's a bit like Liverpool are somehow in 4th despite stinking the place out!

Michael Carrick has agreed to become Manchester United interim head coach - and former England assistant manager Steve Holland is set to be his number two.

Jonathan Woodgate, Jonny Evans and Travis Binnion will also be part of Carrick's staff.

Former United and England midfielder Carrick agreed a deal on Monday night, with an announcement due on Tuesday once the necessary paperwork has been signed.

Carrick of course undefeated in his previous spell as caretaker manager with a 67% win rate D

Not sure about Holland, wonder who's gonna get the Ben White treatment this time.

It was a great performance yesterday against Man City, completely dominated them from start to finish and could have won 6-0 if the offside goals and Amad's shot that hit the post went in our favour. It's a matter of performing like that consistently now.

I’d like to see Carrick playing a 442 as Amorim just wouldn’t do it despite the odd good performance when he did change. They have a team which suits it.
