When Azizam is still Top 10 and Old Phone has already underperformed and started to make its exit, I don't know why he's getting so many singles out there so quickly.

Tbf in the streaming era you need at least 3 hits for an album to be stable, but he has still got 3 and half months till the album drops

Seems like he’s throwing different songs out there that appeal to different people to just make the album seem worth checking out unless he’s just hoping one goes viral and becomes popular

Sounds catchy. We'll likely see 4-5 songs before the album I would think. Ed will try to give the album a decent platform streaming-wise to last a while.

At the risk of being an "Ed superfan" the snippet is growing on me each listen [scrolling tik tok ] its gonna be one of those that gets annoyingly stuck 😅

It probably has the most potential TikTok viral appeal. Old phone is nice but sounds a bit dated. Azizam is kind of the opposite to an ear worm for me it just sounds annoying after awhile. I think if he led with this maybe it would have been better for him

He said back in April that he will drop songs "every two or three weeks" this year, so the fast follow-ups have always been planned.
