Posted May 30May 30 Thought I'd get this up and moving with the first transfer window opening early on 1st June.Expecting there to be a lot of movement over the coming week or so, before it slows down until June. No major international tournament this year and lots of clubs competing in the Club World Cup and likely to be plush with cash, so likely to be a very busy summer!Liverpool have somehow got 10m euros for Trent.
May 30May 30 Hopefully Bruno is sold, clear to see his heart's not in it anymore. Clearly a mercenary though taking the easy paycheck from Saudi when he's definitely good enough to compete in another top European league.

The BBC article is odd though, seems a bit of PR based. Think clearly Man Utd would like to keep him, but obviously they are in dire need of cash too. From the outside seems a bit of a tug of war.
May 30May 30 True but one thing he has got is an incredible ability to play many games in a row and an extremely low injury record so you'd still potentially be able to get a lot of game time out of him.
June 1Jun 1 Matheus Cunha has officially signed for Manchester United. He must be better than the current striker options available at the club, hopefully this will be more incentive for Rasmus Hojlund to exit United.
June 1Jun 1 Bayer Leverkusen have reached an agreement with Brentford for the transfer of goalkeeper Mark Flekken, according to Sky in Germany. If the deal is completed without issue, Flekken will link up with former Man Utd boss Erik ten Hag in Germany.
June 2Jun 2 Chelsea have completed the signing of Sporting Lisbon youngster Dario Essugo.Chelsea are paying £18.5m with no add-ons.
June 2Jun 2 Author Mbuemo looks to be on his way to Man Utd now too after turnign down Spurs and Newcastle. Must admit, I do like him as a player, but think this is an odd signing for Man Utd. Wonder if that means Amorim sees Amad as a wing back, but there's a lack of pace in the defence to cover that.

Hoijand isn't it.

Hoijand isn't it.He does most of his best work like Salah, hugging the touchline and dragging a couple of men to him. Which is why I'm a bit confused as I don't see how he fits in unless Amorim is planning on playing him as a wing back.
June 2Jun 2 I think Mbeumo would be a good signing, him and Cunha could possibly bounce off each other a bit similar to Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke. After how last season turned out even the smallest of steps would be something and again just like Cunha he is surely better than the current striking options that we have available. A negative goal difference has become a common occurrence for us over the last few years so these kind of signings can help put a stop to that. A new goalkeeper is definitely also needed and Andre Onana needs to be moved on.
June 3Jun 3 I'm glad we're targeting players who have actually proved they can do it in the prem (although as I've previously mentioned that doesn't necessarily mean they won't be flops for us!) but it's still a more sensible approach than chancing it on absolute nobodies like Hojlund and Zirkzee.Main thing is players are still wanting to play for us over teams in the CL! Though I'm sure we're massively overpaying on wage demands to make that happen.
June 3Jun 3 Man Utd building a solid top 7 team. I can’t say I’m remotely enthused. I already want to fast forward next season.
