    I think getting streaming services to somehow give better support to newer stuff might be a preferable way of trying to solve this issue than modifying the chart even further beyond recognition.

It'll either go back to 0 weeks of decline (also referred to as "SCR", although something like "DCL-0" is less confusing) or it'll have a 3rd week of decline and go to ACR next week.

Without yet seeing a Spotify update for yesterday, I'd say it's still very much in the balance, and the fate of the #1 spot for the next 3 weeks with it!!
