“I Don’t Care” was starred out completely in the week “No 6 Collaborations Project” was released despite being the true #1. ACR took it below more than 3 other songs.

Otherwise I think “Dance Monkey” and the true #1 the week “Godzilla” was #1.

Ah cheers thought i asked in wrong thread so asked again in FRiday prediction apologise

Yes, 'Dance Monkey' was #14 officially that week.

A couple of new entries on Spotify today:

ne 156 NE Bob Dylan - Knockin' On Heaven's Door

ne 170 NE TWICE - Strategy

not sure if any other Bob Dylan songs have been top 200 since their chart began?

Didn't "Like A Rolling Stone" re-enter after A Complete Unknown was released or am I misremembering?

Ironically just looked at the sales thread for that week and noticed the same 2 members downplaying success due to not being an artist they like are the same 2 that still do it regularly 🫣

'Ordinary' now over 10m ahead of the nearest challenger which is still 'That's So True' - basically a lock for YE #1 and should do around 120m, but won't be able to match last year's totals from 'Stick Season' (142m) and 'Espresso' (131m).

'Love Me Not' broke into the top 10 this week, although I can't see it finishing the year any higher than #6.

Overperformers on Spotify compared to the OCC are the same as previously with the three Kendrick Lamar songs continuing to hold up well here, with oldies such as 'Mr. Brightside' and 'Iris' also doing better. Aditionally, 'WILDFLOWER' seems to be maintaining momentum better on Spotify than the OCC list.

All of Teddy Swims' stuff continues to underperform on Spotify compared to the OCC, especially 'The Door' at #45. Other underperformers include 'Nice to Meet You' (#44), Abracadabra (#53) and Anxiety (#64) - although the last two's positions are hindered further as they have now both dropped out of the weekly chart.

'505' remains the highest song not on the OCC list at #61 with 'Feel Good Inc.' (#70) and 'Teenage Dirtbag' (#71) next on that list, although a re-entry on the OCC list is likely for the latter. The only 2025 hit in the Spotify top 100 that isn't in the OCC YTD currently is 'Like Him' at #97.

As always, please ask if you have any questions :)

If it gonna be way down on SS and Espresso, isn't that just more proof Ordinary just got lucky

In fairness, Stick Season and Espresso are of the strongest totals ever:

#1 Shape of You [Combined] (2017) - 149.0m

#2 Stick Season (2024) - 141.6m

#- Shape of You [Solo] (2017) - 133.5m

#3 Espresso (2024) - 131.4m

#4 Someone You Loved (2019) - 124.8m

#5 Beautiful Things (2024) - 121.0m

Think it will end up somewhere around Beautiful Things and Someone You Loved. Blinding Lights is #6 on 115.2m which Ordinary should definitely beat

Don’t he stupid. Ordinary is going to do 2 mill + on the EOY single chart. Which is higher than most years. Spotify was just abnormally high last year and this year it’s more spread out to other platforms

Only 10 2025 songs in the top 40, Christ on a bike

I mean obviously songs like Golden, Dior and Daisies have a high chance of making it high but yikes

No guarantees , no proof his sales won't fall now he barely doing 300k on spotify daily, and he would need an average of 33k sales a week, so no need to be such an obnoxious 😁

The disrespect for Ordinary is astounding.

I doubt it will mind... it is just a song afterall

I don't really get the constant need for Ordinary to get any sort of respect on Buzzjack - it's just not the typical kind of song that gets much love on this site and no amount of demanding respect for it will change that!

Wow stereotyping all members of Buzzjack

It's not a stereotype, and by no means did I say it was every single member.
