Posted Saturday at 05:473 days Swedish sensation Agnes releases her third single for 2025.I absolutely love Ego and for me this is the best of the three so far. I'm hoping an album isn't too far away.
Saturday at 13:143 days Sounding great. Should probably check the other two tracks she released recently as well.
Saturday at 13:433 days Definitely the best of the era. All pop songs called Ego are great (Saturdays, Tove Styrke…)

Yesterday at 08:281 day Agnes is just TOO good for me recently. I don't think I've heard a dud from her since at least "Fingers Crossed"; I'm not sure if I've missed anything* since then (icr if I listened to all of 'Magic Still Exists'...).This didn't hit me on my first (passive, I was doing something else at the same time) listen, but on the second attempt, it's just sublime.I definitely found "MILK" more instant, and that song is more typical of the style of song I would usually lean to, but this it probably hitting me in a similar way to "BALENCIAGA COVERED EYES" (and that was as #1 in my personal chart, so that's no bad thing at all!).Three 9/10+ songs, so far, from this era... KEEP 'EM COMING, AGNES.* I have a terrible habit of neglecting albums (I still need to listen to 'Dance Love Pop', especially) and if songs aren't big in my circle/unavoidable, I can find them easy to slip past me (I'm not sure I have any friends that listen to Agnes beyond "Release Me", and she was only big in the UK for that one song, so I can easily see multiple gems having slipped through the net!)
