Then it's probably Carly Simon and maybe Roberta Flack, both of whom peaked with their 70s material.

I do love Kate Bush obvs but only really love a handful of her 70s songs so I can't really class her as top 3 from that decade. I also have a soft spot for Janis Ian and Joan Armatrading. Donna Summer and Aretha Franklin both great too but their respective genres aren't ones I'd be as likely to listen to.

Aretha is good but she was more 60s but definitely Donna Summer for the 70s
