I think the label can request a crediting if they so wished, even if the song had charted before like in this instance, but they might not bother with it being a remix rather than pushed as a single.

Can't remember what was there before, might have been 'All the Lovers'.
October 13, 2025Oct 13 Ugh at no credit - I don’t care where it end up then (although I love PP!), we had the same issue with ‘Starstruck’ - I’m sure it only went Top 40 after the Kylie CDs dropped.

October 13, 2025Oct 13 41 in todays mids so its a good chance of staying top 75 but with Kylie not credited im not hugely fussed on where it charts.I wonder would they do a starstruck on it and release a physical.

October 19, 2025Oct 19 Pitty its not the other way round with those figures, also had kylie been credited it would have a nice extra top 75 single for her in her discography now that its charted at number 45.

November 17, 2025Nov 17 The time for the Kylie version to do anything has probably passed unfortunatly.
January 3Jan 3 Stateside is number 40 this week but i never know which version charts but im assuming its the non Kylie version.
January 3Jan 3 It's by far the Zara Larsson version that's causing Stateside to be a hit, although OCC is simply crediting the entry to PinkPantheress.
January 3Jan 3 it also re enters at 41 here in Ireland this week.I wonder have Kylies team been tempted to release a physical of Kylies version although i would say unlikely as she doesn't appear for a huge amount of the song. Edited January 3Jan 3 by Padamic_Tension
