I guess maybe they'd have the issue of whether to credit Kylie, Zara Larsson or Bladee if it hadn't previously charted.

That's true. I think the label can request a crediting if they so wished, even if the song had charted before like in this instance, but they might not bother with it being a remix rather than pushed as a single.

370,000 streams now.

Its already her 376th most streamed song ever.

Will go top 250 in next few weeks

Just noticed it's already at #10 on her current popular songs list on Spotify! Can't remember what was there before, might have been 'All the Lovers'.

Ugh at no credit - I don’t care where it end up then (although I love PP!), we had the same issue with ‘Starstruck’ - I’m sure it only went Top 40 after the Kylie CDs dropped.

'Starstruck' had been #38 previously, and peaked at #31 the week of Kylie's new version!

41 in todays mids so its a good chance of staying top 75 but with Kylie not credited im not hugely fussed on where it charts.

I wonder would they do a starstruck on it and release a physical.

#45 in the official charts, giving it a new peak.

It held up really well - pretty sure it might have snatched a Top 40 if Kylie had been credited.

Well Radio 1 have playlisted this today, but the Zara Larsson version!

Of course they have - BBC are so anti Kylie.

I think the same as fans would have got behind it.

Tbf Zara's version is out-doing Kylie's on Spotify (3.5m compared to 800k).

Pitty its not the other way round with those figures, also had kylie been credited it would have a nice extra top 75 single for her in her discography now that its charted at number 45.

Yeah it seems like something labels can do - Rein Me In charted for Sam Fender before the Olivia duet dropped and they added her as a credit.
