  • No joke, there's a cattery near me called Pussy Palace.

  • Honestly shocked Lily is doing so well, I was expecting no single entries and maybe the album to go top 30 at most with no physical. I didn’t realise there was so much hype for her, No Shame seemed to

Official Charts Report

HUNTR/X are set to spoil the Taylor Swift party as Golden leads the race for Number 1 over The Fate of Ophelia (2) in this week’s Official Charts First Look.

Having previously taken the top spot for an impressive eight weeks, Golden wants the taste of Number 1 success again after almost a month away from the summit.

But Dave is back and he is making his voice heard. The highest new entry may come from the Brit this week with Raindance featuring Tems (3). With his fourth LP The Boy Who Played the Harp dropping last Friday, the iconic rapper also finds History with James Blake (4) and Chapter 16 featuring legendary artist Kano (7) also on course to break the Top 10.

Elsewhere in the charts, Skye Newman could see her track FU & UF (13) off her latest EP SE9 Part 1 secure the rising star a third Top 20 success this year alone after Hairdresser in April and Family Matters in May.

After announcing a surprise album West End Girl would be releasing, Lily Allen may find three tracks off the raw and honest project in the Top 40. These include Pussy Palace (17), West End Girl (18) and Madeline (29). This is the first time the former Number 1 artist has released music in seven years after taking a break to focus on other opportunities.

Lewis Capaldi is set to gain yet another Top 40 hit with his latest offering Almost (23), possibly marking his 14th in all.

A resurgence for Chappell Roan and Pink Pony Club could be on the cards as the track currently jumps five places (27).

Sonny Fodera’s hit Think About Us featuring D.O.D and Poppy Baskcomb could move into the Top 40 for the very first time after enjoying viral success (37).

Finally, South Korean girl group LE SSERAFIM and their track featuring j-hope from BTS named SPAGHETTI could earn the outfit their maiden Top 40 entry (39).

What a week for British artistry with Dave and Lily Allen both delivering raw career highs with these new albums.

I predicted that Dave's sales would be on an upward trajectory again in the relevant thread so hopefully that will come to fruition.

Shame Lily's physicals aren't available for a couple of months as the positive word of mouth and publicity (her album has an article on the BBC News homepage right now...!) have put her in a really good position, so would've been ideal if it was all synced to help her even more.

I wasn't expecting much for Lily's album without physicals but its Apple performance so far indicates its streams could actually be pretty great, I'd love to see it top 10!

We’ve also got Bon Jovi Forever (Legacy Edition), not sure if the chart sales will be separate as to Forever because the album has been pretty much redone as duets

West End Girl getting a play cheeseblock would be surprised if they have an edit for Pussy Palace so expecting that to be skipped later but glad this one's securing her at least one play tonight!

I wonder what Pussy Palace is all about !!

What i heard is just soundbites over a quiet beat

Makes a lot more sense in the context of the album
