I won’t be able to watch along live but hoping one of my top 3 can win.

Cannot wait to follow! The winner definitely seems less clear-cut this contest. If I were to pick a horse though, it'd have to be FARC.

I think the winner is actually going to be running away with at least 50 points from the second place!!!

I was hoping for a position above my recent 27th-30th finishes, but I've seen one of the predictions put me in 28th so maybe not 😅 Still, had a few top 10 predictions too so who knows.

Very few of the talked about songs as contenders appealed to me much, so hoping for a surprise at the top x

Btw everyone there was a reason why I entered this way… I went on holiday during confirmations and was originally going to send something else before I realised I was recycling from last contest ooops… and then I completely forgot until Brer tagged me on the final evening by which point I was already out with Mr D* and the friends we were away with… so it was either miss completely or send something a bit random as my list of potentials was on my laptop back home…

…so I can remember being several drinks in and quickly searching for something so that I could still enter without leaving it so late that it threw the mods and Jade off schedule. I’ve backtracked through my search history and can see I ended up on a Reddit page where 4 people listed backseat as their favourite song of the year so I think I must have just gone with it!

I did also consider videoing a song that the awful 80s tribute act were playing in the bar and submitting that

It is exciting to have a results show where it seems absolutely no one knows who's going to win (except me, I know that I'm winning xx).

In all seriousness I hope this should at least be a better result for me than the last handful of contests and I'll just hope the winner ends up being one of the ~2 or 3 songs that have been named as contenders that I actually voted for xx
