So Pussy Palace is faring better in the chart than the track that's been sent to radio and is therefore the single (that's the rules), Madeleine.

Has this ever happened before?

I presume she'll release a more radio-friendly version than the lol edit we've heard on the chart show at some point.

Fussy Palace here we come.

I'm sure this has happened multiple times for Drake, on For All The Dogs they pushed Slime You Out, Rich Baby Daddy and First Person Shooter, the first two were outcharted by IDGAF and Virginia Beach

I wonder if one of these will ever go to #1. Then again, they'd immediately make it a single anyway if so.

I'm no fan of AI but I asked ChatGPT to clean up the lyrics, here are the highlights.

"Duane Reade bag with the handles tied

Fun games and puzzles inside

Hundreds of chocolates, you're so well-stocked

How'd I get caught up in your busy world?

And that's when I realised

Something don't feel right

I didn't know it was your fussy palace, fussy palace, fussy palace, fussy palace

I always thought it was a dojo, dojo, dojo

So am I looking at a busy keeper, busy keeper, busy keeper, busy keeper?

Talk about a low blow, oh no, oh no"

So maybe she should go with that.

Or not.

Someone Like You by Adele was an album track when it went #1. I think that's the first time it happened properly.

Dark Horse outperformed Unconditionally before it officially got the single treatment.
