The Australian icon’s new festive hit made its Top 40 debut last Friday, and is on course to climb 19 places to Number 5 on the Official Chart: First Look. If it holds, XMAS will mark Kylie’s first Top 10 hit since 2023’s Padam Padam peaked at Number 8, and highest-charting song since 2010’s All The Lovers, which topped out at Number 3. XMAS is an Amazon Music Original, and features on the Amazon-exclusive variants of her Kylie Christmas (Fully Wrapped) album, released last Friday (December 5th). It’s a three-horse race for Number 1, with festive favourites from WHAM! and Mariah Carey battling RAYE this week. Last Christmas is pole position so far, with All I Want For Christmas Is You in the runner-up slot, and WHERE IS MY HUSBAND! at 3. Brenda Lee’s Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree is on course to re-peak at Number 4, its highest ever placement achieved in 2022 and 2024. Kelly Clarkson’s modern Christmas classic Underneath The Tree scales three places to Number 6 so far this week, a potential new peak for the song which hit its current personal best of Number 7 in 2024. Gwen Stefani could claim this week’s highest climber with Shake The Snow Globe (16), which would mark her first UK Top 40 single since 2007. Similarly to Kylie’s XMAS, this track is a new Amazon Original for 2025, and features on the Amazon exclusive deluxe reissue of her holiday album You Make It Feel Like Christmas. Finally, dance anthem I Run by Haven ft. Kaitlin Aragon could break into the Top 20 for the first time, up four spots to 17 midweek.

Saturday at 14:325 days 2 hours ago, Benthetank said:Hopefully Raye can get to number 1 before she goes on acr and wham takes over.Using Spotify figures alone, ‘Last Christmas’ will have already closed the gap (which I think was 4-5,000) by 2,000 sales in just one day. As that does not include Apple and Amazon, and as today is the first Saturday in December, by Monday I’ll assume ‘Last Christmas’ will already have made the 4- 5,000 progress it needs and will therefore already be well ahead (by over 2,000) in the Chart Update.Edit: actually the 5,000 is by the First Look chart - so probably 8-9000 by Monday giving it a lead of 5,000 or more. Saturday at 16:035 days Kylie reportedly on 12k sales from day one in the albums. She looks likely to close the week on nothing less than 20k which should at worst guarantee her top 3 and put her in a great position to secure her 11th number 1 album.
Saturday at 16:135 days If she gets 20k she should be num 1. Olivia made that num last week, her sales should be further down this week no?
Saturday at 16:195 days Yeah Olivia did 20k herself this week so I wouldnt assume 20k for Kylie is safe
Saturday at 17:575 days For some Olivia Rodrigo’s live album isn’t streaming which will dent its chances, I think Kylie will get number one
