Posted December 21, 2025Dec 21 This weekend Wolves suffered a 10th consecutive defeat in the Premier League losing 2-0 at home to Brentford. At the time of writing they are still without a win having played 17 matches and have equalled the Premier League record of the longest amount of games played from the start of a season without a win (also held with Sheffield United in 2020/21). They are currently on 2 points in the Premier League table and will need a further ten to avoid having the lowest in Premier League history. However the focus of this poll is specifically on the number of wins amassed over the course of the season. The infamous Derby County team of 2007/08 currently have the record for the fewest amount of wins in a Premier League season with just one. Do you think the current Wolves side will even be able to match that? or is a renascence on the way in the second half of the season? The poll will be reviewed following the conclusion of the 2025/26 Premier League season!
December 21, 2025Dec 21 I think they'll definitely win a couple. I feel like this discourse happens every season now with breaking Derby's record, there's always one utterly useless team like Southampton, Sheffield United etc. but they always get a couple of wins in the end. I'll say Wolves will end up on 16 points come season end!
December 21, 2025Dec 21 I’ve went for three wins overall, I don’t think they have terrible players just been mismanaged and need to go down to restart again after being brought up a fair few years ago now under Nuno and the Portugese crew!
May 24May 24 Author In the end it's 3 matches in total that Wolves won in the Premier League this season all of which came at home. It genuinely felt at the time of making this thread that they might not win any matches at all but they did have a mini revival under Rob Edwards but too much damage was done in the 1st half of the season.
