Doesn't iTunes have crazy lag now where it only updates 3/4 times a day max?

If it doesn’t get very high then I’m fascinated by how high No.200 is selling currently. If nothing else comes from this, it’s an interesting exercise in working out both rough sales at the bottom and calculating the iTunes lag.

Somehow got to iTunes (first time since 2021!) and downloaded!

Downloaded it finally!!

17 declared sales in here so far and looks like we are about to break the top 200!

Keep on pushing and I’m sure we can definitely get in there. And once we have a visible presence it’s easier to share on other forums and social media etc.

iTunes tracking accounts would also potentially pick it up.

Fantastic to see it showing up on the Pop chart! Best case scenario would be for it to appear on the main chart today, get a bit of online momentum over the next day and hopefully it can make an appearance on the Big Top 40. But I won't get too ahead of myself just yet.

Absolutely fantastic that an idea I had has come to fruition that we got 'Whole Lotta History' into the Top 100. Any higher up will be an bonus. Massive thanks again to everyone who has contributed to this.

I’ve sent a Twitter DM to Popbase to alert them of the song being top 100 on iTunes and the reason for that.

Every now and then when an old pop song climbs from the depths on UK iTunes they tweet about it, and they have a massive following.
