Have done some editing of the tags in the OP as there is no way I was going to allow "Pink Panthress" to stand among other things xx

(I would have done this during confirmations as I usually do in the main contest if I had permission to edit the spreadsheet hehe)

There are a handful of songs missing from Spotify from what I can see - FSR Rontvia, Summericia, Pagasa & Pestolia (there is what appears to be a cover of the FSR Rontvia song from a later musical adaptation of the film on there by the similarly named Helen Sjöholm, and there's also various versions of 'Coconut Mall' but not the original OST version, don't know if any of them are faithful enough to the originals to justify including). Séyetana's is on there but the title is in Arabic (it is the first result when you search for the Romanised title though), likewise Flynnonda but in Japanese. Joanna Newsom's music is on Apple but not Spotify so that playlist will probably be slightly more complete. x

I'll leave making the Spotify/Apple playlists to someone else because I am lazy (and don't have Apple Music x) but here's a YouTube playlist:

Only 6 days to consume and rank 39 songs? Eek this will be a challenge but bring it on. I'd imagine the nature of this contest will make it much easier to group what I like and don't like at least.

I'd probably leave mine out of any Spotify playlist as the later version from the musical is not dissimilar but doesn't have the emotion of the live version from the film/YouTube video (and is by a different artist altogether ofc).

About Hushkanukia - the version entered is a live version and there are some live versions of the song on Spotify but they are different ones, so I just included what I assume is the studio version. Please let me know if you'd like a different one included, or if you want to remove it if this version is too different!

The version of Pestolia's song on Spotify seems too different to include imo.

Thanks Till, it's a cover by weirdly a similarly named person from 2015 (the original is from 2000), which was made as part of a musical adaptation of the film.

Interestingly the original artist that I sent kind of fulfilled the destiny of her character in the movie, not by competing in but by hosting Melodifestivalen for real in 2012, alongside @uhsting fave Gina Dirawi on her first of four hostings and legend Sarah Dawn Finer.
