They're a very likeable bunch this year.

Losing both your dad and stepdad as a child must be rough. Poor Kush.

  • Oh wow, not on board with all the Harrison dislike in this thread. He and his sister are our favourites! I don't think he's really that miserable either, it's almost like a persona and he clearly smir

Also I didn’t understand why they spent the night in a hotel before getting the taxi in the morning… why not just get a taxi immediately if that’s what you’re going to do?

An enjoyable first ep; liked all the teams although Mark wasn't really for me. He seemed to belittle Margot the first part of the episode - but he did mellow a bit when they got stranded. Andrew &amp

The penultimate episode is going out on Wednesday at 8pm this week due to the Eurovision Semi Finals.

Ooh thanks for the heads up!

This series is great, feels like a step-up from Series 5, which I did enjoy but this series all the teams are likeable (for the most part).

Feel like its going to be a close race to the end as well; great to see Jo and Kush manage to win a leg! Hopefully they can carry on and win the whole thing.

Jo and Kush defo have to win this!

Especially with it looking like Mark and Margot will have to pull out of the last leg given what happened in Leg 7

I instinctively want anyone other than Jo and Kush to win. They do both seem lovely in a way and I do appreciate seeing two young men with a great friendship like theirs... but I simply cannot get behind people who add the word 'lad' to the end of most sentences.

BIB: I mean, each to their own, but why is it a bugbear? So many people add terms like that to the ends of sentences, whether it be "mate" or "love" or similar.

^^

Mate is equally irritating. Love is okay to imply genuine affection at appropriate moments but also becomes annoying if used all the time.

I mean, just speak normally and end the sentence at the appropriate place 😂
