I thought it was low of Jimmy to begin the trial but not actually attempt it. If he wanted to leave, he should have left beforehand rather than risking Adam's position. Given that, as well as losing B

Yes, Ant wasn't even trying to hide how much he disagreed with Jimmy, and also telling David to pipe down because he wasn't there.

I’m so happy but also gutted for Adam at the same time, Jimmy and David ruining it for him completely and I hope that their TV careers are ruined as a result.

Yeh that was like Big Brothers Bit on the Side tonight.

David Haye is a huge C!

I still don’t mind Jimmy he was an idiot for not thinking of Adam in his reaction to the task but Adam did go too far in his reaction to it.

It did make me laugh at the end when Ant closed the show with “thank you all for joining us, it’s been a blast” - and then you could fairly hear him mutter “has it?” 😂

The right person won, and hopefully Jimmy and David get the backlash they deserve for that tonight absolutely disgusting behaviour of the pair ,

Could all this drama have a knock on affect with the main show later in the year 😮

Well that was quite the ride indeed, don't think there's been a series like this since the infamous Lady C one all those years ago. That finale definitely gave off mid-2000s Big Brother vibes!

To be honest I don't think Jimmy was too out of line, he gave his account and basically said its now water under the bridge. I definitely thought Adam was aggressive and intimidating in the moment (even from what was broadcast as the "watered down" version) and would seriously question the judgment (*cough* Ant) of anyone who didn't think that way. But at the same time Adam apologised so it should really have been left at that.

David though was clearly only there to stir the pot and take any and every opportunity to drag Adam although it's not like he really cares about his public image so that shouldn't have been a surprise.

That Craig Charles interview on This Morning was very insightful and I pretty much agreed with everything he said. The fact the 3 of them got any sort of backlash for an incident they weren't involved in is ridiculous but that's social media for you!

I mean I think all this media attention will have done wonders for its relevance, it may actually get a lot more viewers than normal! (Not that I keep up with how the show is doing year on year though lol)

I mean more do we end up with a Jeremy Kyle style situation, hopefully not because its one of the very few decent itb shows left

Yeh I think Jimmy took issue with the fact that Ant tried to downplay the incident and say it wasn’t intimidating but accepted Adams apology.

One thing I would say is if Jimmy just tried to end Adams time there on purpose then he was being out of line.

To be entirely fair, though, Ant was there too so he also has a first hand account of what happened. Adam was obviously angry and he's admitted freely that he went too far but it's not difficult to see why. Not sure what Jimmy hopes to achieve by asking for the full tapes to be released, given it seems to just be more of the same with some C-bombs thrown in.

Jimmy freely admitting he chose to leave during the trial for financial reasons didn't really improve my view of him. He was willing to take Adam down so he got paid in full, that's a pretty crappy thing to do, even if Adam was collateral damage.

I think that's the thing that makes Jimmy so much worse imo he was willing to ruin the experience for someone else for the sake of money. I mean get your bag and all but like don't act shocked when people get angry and vocal about how you acted.

If he gets to the live final, Adam's gonna win it isn't he. He'll get the votes.

Called it.

Oh entirely agree, what I don’t agree about is the reaction Adam gave no matter how angry he was and a crappy thing to do.

And on the point about Ant, he was a witness but he didn’t have to listen to the reaction personally, he was a bystander which makes the effect different imo.
