Oh buggeration. Who do we blame for this?

Let's spin the wheel, and whoever it lands on is the scapegoat

Did not expect it to leave the Top 100 this week, but at the same time when it was first released I only expected it to stick around a couple of weeks so can't complain

Yeah me too I thought it would stay one more week inside it. Hopefully it didn't fall too far below the Top 100. On Monday I receive the Top 200 Albums Chart from UKChartsplus and I will post the position it is here.

I hope it can keep selling steadily for a while so it doesn’t take an eternity to reach gold!

I think maybe it'll make a return when the VMAs happen. Also if she does a new vinyl variant, and when she does the Hyde Park shows.

I'm still hoping it might reach gold this year.

we have to face facts that the VMAS are not what they used to be! young people wont even know what it is 🤣

Thankfully young people won’t be the ones buying this kink

I wonder if this Harry Romero remix of Physical Attraction will get an official release?

I feel like we may get a remix album before the year is out (maybe after the VMAS or in November time) and the other eight songs next year around the tour or whatever live dates M does.

Oh damn, just a few extra copies could’ve got it there. Good that it’s still selling steadily though, the bar for top 100 is insanely high these days thanks to all these stupid compilations

"CONFESSIONS II" marks its 8th. week inside the Australian Top50 Albums Chart.

Madonna May Be Headed For Her Biggest Grammy Night Ever.

Madonna could be headed for her biggest Grammy showing in decades with 'Confessions II,' her critically acclaimed return to dance-pop. The Queen of Pop has not earned a nomination since 2010, but her latest release appears well positioned for Best Dance/Electronic Album and could even emerge as an Album of the Year contender. Singles including “Bring Your Love” with Sabrina Carpenter, “I Feel So Free,” “Love Sensation” and “Danceteria” could compete across pop and dance categories, while Madonna may also return to the visual fields.

Confessions II will almost certainly compete in the Best Dance/Electronic Album field. That arena is special for Madonna, as the original Confessions on a Dance Floor won the same Grammy in 2007.

Madonna may even find her way back to the all-important Album of the Year category with Confessions II. Such a nomination might have seemed unlikely before the full-length arrived, but critics have called the set some of her best work in a long, long time, and there may be a desire to recognize the singer’s longevity and overall career with another one of these nods.

“Bring Your Love” with Sabrina Carpenter, one of the biggest singles from the project, may bring the two women to the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance area. Any of the tracks where Madonna is the only credited performer could theoretically compete for Best Pop Solo Performance, though many will likely be classified in the dance/electronic fields instead.

There are several possible homes in that space, including Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Best Dance Pop Recording, one of the newer honors introduced by the Recording Academy. Among the likeliest contenders from Confessions II are singles “I Feel So Free,” “Love Sensation” and “Danceteria.” Exactly where they could compete – and which ones will earn some love – will depend on what Madonna and her team submit and how the Recording Academy ultimately categorizes the material.
