Do you think Madonna will give much focus to the UK/Europe for this release or will she heavily work to try and make it as successful as possible in the US a bit like Mariah Carey did with her most recent album?

I hope she doesn't give all the focus to the US. I want her to do some kind of big promotion like performances on popular talk shows in all the main European markets too.

BIG RUMOR: they say that on the 15th, during the Good Morning America program, Madonna (in a pre-recorded video) will announce the new album and start the pre-sale right away. The single drops the next day, the 16th. just 72h later.

The fact that the 16th is very much not 72 hours later makes me instantly dubious about this 😆

Would be curious to hear this collaboration but who knows at this point if it’s true.

If it gets her a hit, I'd be here for it though but yes, not hugely excited by this!

I am, if true! She's done much worse collabs than that before.

And if it's reminiscent of 'Sorry' I'm so here for that.

Keep seeing loads of rumours on Twitter about Madonna having a new song on the soundtrack to The Devil Wears Prada 2 (some suggesting there’s one with Gaga), can’t say any of these rumours looks like they’re coming from credible sources but maybe that’s why we are still waiting for the new single.

I really dont want her to come back with a song with GaGa.

I'd say the likelihood of a Madonna and Gaga collab is slim to none!

The Sun has reported that Madonna reached out to Britney in December/January for a collaboration on Madonna’s album, but Britney hasn’t engaged.

Hopefully they'll actually go for a Friday release on it this time!

According To Drowned Madonna the 1st. single will be released in the next week.!

Rumour reaches me that this will be like Confessions on a Dancefloor, and be as good as Spanish Lesson and Love Profusion!!!

Regularly checking for updates on X. Rumours suggest it is coming on Friday the 17th, some are also saying it's with Sabrina Carpenter and they'll perform it at Coachella.

Either way, I hope we very shortly find out the title!

Though we all know how good she is at teasing and then making people wait for ages.

As much as I would like her lead to be just her, a colab may be a good way back into the charts and on streaming for a hit single. Popular is still played on Radio 1 and is her biggest streamed song (I know it's not her song).

New album incoming!

The 15th studio album and follow up to Madame X is some sort of continuation from Confessions On A Dancefloor from 2005.

Looking like the album is called Confessions II to me?
