Wasn't 24 on the third album meant to be a Bond theme?

It's very interesting as this is very much a Lana Del Rey now doing a Bond theme - had she done it back in 2012, it'd have been so very different.

Also the "huh huh huh" in the middle of the song sounds like another Lana song but I can't place which
