Tbf I don't think Frankie Laine's record is well-known within the general public due to it being so long ago before the charts were mainstream...

While Bryan Adams and Wet Wet Wet were number 1, their albums spent a few weeks at number 1 during their number 1 singles runs

My only guess would be that since it's only Rein Me In that's seeing the boost right now, the rest of the album isn't feeling that same love.
