Troye confirmed to Rolling Stone that there's a surprise cameo (aka. background vocals) from Charli xcx in the track.

Yeah it's a "thanks but no thanks" from me.

It's certainly interesting!

I think I like it, but I need more time with it.

Why am I so obsessed with this?

Godli’s power

I sent this to my bestie yesterday:

This subject matter is quite rare in queer music and I am so grateful he is exploring it.

I love a genre shift artist and this not what I was expecting from him but I am here for it. Probably will be more album opener vibes but I am totally intrigued for what else is to come from the album now.

The queer experience is willingly trading in men at the first chance for your number one girlie 🖤

The music video has just elevated the song even more for me

And the final minute and a half goes OFF. so glad he didn't end it at 2:30 and instead gave us a full experience with mood shifts and a beautiful climax.

I only saw the video today but I agree that it really sets the tone beautifully. His videos always do actually, his videos literally always have this nostalgic feeling about them and tell a story with fantastic cinematography. I think it's helped sell the song to me a bit more too, even though I don't think it'll ever quite because essential for me.

Love this, it’s right up my street, I’d have checked it sooner if I knew it was spoken word. Quite a bold pivot for Troye.

So summery and dreamy.

Obsessed with this. Currently on an Alaska Cruise and it sound tracks the beauty and peace perfectly. Think I will always associate it with this setting, I'm in love!

I'm in the "love this" camp, very refreshing sound
