'Chasing Cars' is the second single to be taken from Snow Patrol's platinum album 'Eyes Open'. Following the success of first single 'You're All I Have' and it's immediate cementing as huge live favourite, the release of 'Chasing Cars' is eagerly anticipated and is shaping up to deliver the band their biggest song yet. First previewed during the bands tour with U2 in summer 2005, 'Chasing Cars' is Snow Patrol at their emotional best; a hook laden epic ballad that builds from a simple keyboard/ vocal refrain into a widescreen, guitar fuelled, string drenched, indie/ rock track that is irresistible from start to finish. - HMV

Didnt SS 2nd single from that album FLOP?

Ditto -_-

this song is just painfully boring now

Didnt SS 2nd single from that album FLOP?

Most 2nd singles from million selling albums would flop, seeing as most people who would like the song would already have the album by then -_-

but the last album sold a million and the singles were quite successful

I still adore this song on the other hand

I still love this too, Scissor Sister's is getting nauseatingly overplayed now though.

I still find it odd as to how long 'Chasing Cars,' could have stayed in the top 20 had it not been deleted but as soon as the new chart rules are introduced it seems to start selling less.

Andre looks like he woke up naked after a bad trip and had to scrounge his ensemble off someone else's clothesline.

:o

But it didn't sell a million until a few singles had been released, and they got mid/bottom Top 20 - like their newest one did.

Larrikin Love commence 2007 in style by releasing the single 'Well, Love Does Furnish A Life', taken from their critically acclaimed debut 'The Freedom Spark' and follows their Top 40 hit 'Happy As Annie'. Produced by Iain Gore (Babyshambles, The Ordinary Boys), 'Well, Love Does Furnish A Life' blends the bands unique sound with an infectious, mesmerising chorus.
