SOLO FEMALE

The five remaining solo female artists have packed their bags and moved onto the second destination at Judges' Houses. This time, they find themselves in Helsinki, the capital of Finland and home to distinct Nordic architecture, world-leading design and sauna culture. Here, they will perform for you, the voting BuzzJack public, once more. This time, they're bidding to become one of twelve artists at Live Shows. As well as that, there's another theme and this time the artists will be performing a song barely streamed on Spotify, one that hasn't quite cracked the streaming code.

How it works:

For Judges' Houses: Part Two, voting will be private.

When you've listened to all of the artists perform, you should cast your votes by completing THIS form, ranking the performances from favourite to least favourite.

For those voting who have entered one of the artists into the competition, you should rank all five performances in all categories.

As always, even if you are not competing in The Pop Factor you can vote too!

When voting closes, the four female solo artists with the highest scores will proceed to Live Shows while ONE artist will be eliminated from the competition and will not be going through.

However, the competition doesn't end there. For the final time, the artists eliminated from the competition in this round will be eligible to compete for the chance to return alongside the other eliminated artists and claim The Gamu Nhengu Gold Card.

Voting will close on Sunday 25 October 2026, 17:59 BST

Reminder: voting is private. To vote, click the link to the form above.

So, without further ado, it's time for the solo female artists to take on the second part of JUDGES' HOUSES in a bid to make it to Live Shows...

IMPORTANT

Robyn has withdrawn from The Pop Factor.

At this time, it is encouraged that everybody avoids speculation out of respect for Robyn's mentor and that the competition continues as normal.

Thank you to her mentor for how brilliantly they have played the game, leaping over obstacles where it seemed like she may have been doomed, taking risks, and doing a BuzzJack favourite very proud.

As a result of this, Zara Larsson has accepted an invitation to rejoin the competition.

Oh my what DRAMA

And not to be THAT person, but I make Key To The Castle the 11th lowest streamed Marina song, based on Kworb

(I do love the song though!)

Robyn out

I did a double take when I was scrolling thinking Zara was already out - more gaslighting 🤣

Mowgli's Road, however, has already been submitted (and there is another version of Mowgli's Road higher) x

Oh that's sad about Robyn! Hope her mentor is doing okay. ❤️

I'm sure Adele will romp home here but I do know Kate and Sophie's as well, I was half expecting the former's Christmas song to turn up lol but forgot some of her catalogue was only added to streaming quite recently.

Don't think I know the MARINA or Zara ones!

I suppose I’ll allow it then Good job it’s also one of my faves from PoP 😂

Oh gutted about Robyn and really hope their mentor is ok, although welcome back Zara!

Cold Shoulder is no surprise.

Dear Jimmy is great! Only recently added to Spotify so makes sense its streams are low.

Even I don’t think I know that Zara track, but I just played it out of intrigue and, to nobody’s surprise, I think it slaps 😂

Oh, and more importantly, sending love to Robyn’s mentor whoever they might be, definitely wasn’t expecting to open the thread to that but hope you’re okay ❤️

Looks like Kate’s is just about fine when you take out all the duplicates and live versions below it, that was hard work

What a shame about ROBYN !!!

Omg I loooooove key to th castle . One of the (very few) good songs from her latest era. Iconic choice!
