I'd be very happy for there to be NO SHEILA WHATSOEVER in the finale.

Dreadful harpy.

I'm assuming zero chance anyway if the speculation about the real reason for her departure is true.

Sheila was awful to start with (a one woman Kate Ramsay fan club) but then found her place and was pretty good for a few years. The problem is they made her completely awful for the last 5 years, doing incredibly cruel things that we were supposed to be supporting her over, I wasn’t sad to see her go.

What was the rumour? I never heard anything.

I won’t say anything on here as there’s no evidence of anything at all but people did speculate the actress may have done something quite controversial behind the scenes that later lead to the abrupt departure.

Fair enough I understand.

The rumour makes sense as i never bought the story she wanted a quiet off screen departure, she doesn't come across as that type of person and her exit made no sense at all and felt rushed and totally out of character, i also found the way she spoke about neighbours in online interviews afterwards very odd, she didn't say anything bad but was cold, she said she isnt a sentimental person and for her the show was just a job. The quite controversial rumour has me possibly overthinking but i wonder was it anything to do the controversial things another character had said about their short time on the show and how a certain cast member was extremely toxic.
Even if she HAD wanted a quiet departure... I just don't see the show agreeing to such an offscreen exit under normal circumstances, not for a character who had been on the show for 10 years. It also seemed really obvious in the following weeks where other characters (notably Roxy and Kyle interfering in Levi's love life) suddenly took on lines and roles that you just know were actually scripted for Sheila. Colette's tried to give the impression of it all being just a regular low-key exit, but it doesn't ring true at all.
Well it’s all over here now. I won’t post any spoilers but I will say that I really did enjoy the last episode.

Cue Dandu*'s great disappointment when we plump for "All Mixed Up" by The Twins instead

Voodoo Child could give Torn some competition, probably not serious competition but I imagine it would be a safe 2nd.

Poor brave I Don't Care by Delta (unless it's UK singles only, then you'd have to exclude The Locomotion for Kylie too), or go all out and include debut singles for both territories and Torn would still landslide it.

I watched a stream of the last episode earlier and it really ticked all the boxes and was extremely joyful and hard to watch at the same time. I'll give more thoughts after it's properly aired.

Voodoo Child and Torn are superb. This would be a fun rate.

Would Dean Guyer be included despite releasing before he appeared on Neigjbiurs?

I love torn and voodoo child and if course i love the singles from Kylie and Jason, there is a good i do like but in a different way such as dont it make you feel good, mona and kiss kiss.

Dunno, we try to forget his pointless character was ever in Neighbours.
