August 2, 200718 yr Timbaland number one again :o Didn't see that one coming but it's a nice suprise! And OMG Paul Potts still number one in the albums. He's a ledge of a guy
August 2, 200718 yr when is sean kingston released that will be #1 easily That's a truly hideous song. will be big, growing fast at radio and already top ten on tv video airplay. lets hope c4 music closes the hits down then we can have all indie #1s :w00t:
August 2, 200718 yr If Timbaland stays at #1 it will be due to four factors IMHO. 1. Schools & colleges have broken up for the summer. 2. The weather is more summery which favours the RNB of Timbaland over Kate Nash. 3. Radio 2 have dropped Foundations from their playlist. 4. Kate Nash's album is out next week & is available on the NOW67 album.
August 3, 200718 yr I'm championing Robyn and Darren Hayes for the #1 next week!!! BUT I WANT DARREN HAYES TO GET THE #1!!!!!!

Number 3 should not make a bit of difference :P Becuase everybody who was going to hear the song on Radio will have heard it by now anyway! You can't be relying on Radio this far into a single's chart run to win over new fans!

That's the thing though, it's hanging around because it's not being played on the radio that much and so some people are still hearing it for the first time.
