HSM2 Thread

This is the second time that a follow-up song from the High School Musical soundtrack entered at #40 on the single charts following "We're All In This Together" back in '06.

By the way the album spent 4 weeks at the top of the US album chart the longest run since "The Massace" by 50 cent back in early '05 and was knocked out by Kayne West latest.

Looks like Chasing Cars may well be out of the Top 75 next week! :o
I like the slow bits in this song ^_^ thats it :(

Spiller had a number 40 hit (Cry Baby)

Tomcraft had a #43 followup (Brainwashed)

I think even Black Legend had a 2nd top40 hit in 2000

The second member of the Black Eyed Peas to hit the chart as a solo act following Fergie and a bad re-working of "Don Quichotte" by Magazine 60 in my opinion

I thought spiller charted near number 40 with 'Cry Baby' in 2001. i may be wrong..

Check some posts back ;)

I can't stand Bryan Adams greatest hit.

I think it is awful compared to tracks like Heaven, One Night Love Affair, Straight From The Heart & Somebody that he has released.

Funnily enough I never liked his second most famous song Summer of 69 either.

I heard a better tune based on Eddie Kendricks' "Keep On Truckin" called "Lights, Camera, Action" by Mr. Cheeks and it was more listenable than anything J-Lo ever recorded. Also this is J-Lo's second album to be released this year following her spanish speakin' debut album earlier this year and this is first charting on the chart since officialy becoming Ms. Marc Anthony a few years back.
