'What's a Girl to Do' is a BOP!

That "boo-bah-doo" in 'My Heart' is very familiar, I'm so sure that's used in one of the other previously unreleased songs / alternative mixes. Edit: it's from Chemistry B-side 'Why Do It'!

Haha yes I only listened to Why Do It yesterday for the first time in years so I recognised it immediately

Love both on first listen! Whats a Girl To Do is a brilliant song! My Heart is a lot more experimental but so fun!

I feel bit emotional right now . The next re issue is Out of Control (I'm sure they'll absorb Ten tracks Something New, Beautiful Cause You Loved Me , Every Now and Then, and On the Metro).

It's possible, but I'm not sure if they will: those tracks weren't recorded anywhere near the Out Of Control era (unlike the other tacked on tracks, which were kinda near the album's release, at least).

Part of me thinks they'll do a reissue of Ten, first time on vinyl sorta thing, the year after Out Of Control. But we'll see!

I could accept the Sound of Girls Aloud songs being on Chemistry's deluxe, but Ten's songs going onto Out of Control's deluxe would feel so wrong to me! I'd hope for a Ten deluxe release, I'm sure they wouldn't miss having a greatest hits out on vinyl.

Yeah they need to do Ten separately, fair enough not doing 2 greatest hits on vinyl but definitely should do ten era on it !

Universal Music Group announces an apology on the delays for Tangled Up Items. These delays will be resolved by 24th (Charting Day is 28th)

Got the CD and vinyl today, had to have both for my favourite album from them.

What's A Girl To Do is great although surely samples the production of this Lisa Stansfield cover from 2005 that got to No.34. I bought this and thought it would be massive like Lola's Theme, which interestingly the new write-up in Tangled Up compares What's A Girl To Do to. If it's not a sample then that is a close coincidence.

Did not realise Why do it was from this era, that is one of my fave GA B-Sides!

It's not, it was I Think We're Alone Now's b-side, so it's from The Sound of Girls Aloud era (and absorbed into Chemistry's deluxe album)!

Part of it is reused in new Tangled Up deluxe track My Heart! Entirely possible it's a placeholder for a verse that wasn't ever written.
