i dont thnk it would go number 1 regardless

 

It won't, they've never had a #1 that wasn't off the back of the show they originated from, or being a charity single. This isn't quite strong enough to change that and doesn't really deserve to if some of their past singles were robbed.

Well, it's kinda true about the #1s, but you forget that many other songs just missed the #1 spot... "Love Machine" for example would have been #1 if it had got released one week later, and they had many other #2s (No good advice, The Show, Jump) or songs that was close to make it to the top (Something kinda ooh #5 on downloads alone but robbed by McFly cheats and Fedde le grand by few copies).

So it's not like they had 3 #1s on the back of a TV show and then big flops. They have the potential to make #1s with no "special" support.

 

I agree this one will be lower top10 though, as much as I love it.
