October 23, 200718 yr Yes but the TT Fans buy 16 Copies of the song DAILY :( :heehee: I think that's just a few bitter people on internet forums tbh LOL Edited October 23, 200718 yr by Mikal
October 23, 200718 yr I think that's just a few bitter people on internet forums tbh LOL LOL true. What do people do with 16 copies of a single anyway?
October 23, 200718 yr I think that's just a few bitter people on internet forums tbh LOL Yes, and anyway, when you download 16 times the same song on I-tunes, it only counts as one download towards the charts
October 23, 200718 yr Yes, and anyway, when you download 16 times the same song on I-tunes, it only counts as one download towards the charts  LOL exactly!!! :kink:
October 23, 200718 yr Yes, and anyway, when you download 16 times the same song on I-tunes, it only counts as one download towards the charts  1) I very much doubt that. They may not all count but I'm sure if you download a song twice it'll count twice. 2) You can have various e-mail adresses and credit/debit cards. 3) There is more to download from than just iTunes.
October 23, 200718 yr 3) There is more to download from than just iTunes. Well bertie did say "16 times on iTunes" so that point doesn't really mean anything.

Only one dowload by account and by platform counts toward the charts. So then, yes, of course, you can download from different platforms and create different account with different credit cards. But at the end, I don't think a lot of fans would do it. Can you imagine yourself creating an account on every single download platform, then download the song from each platform, etc etc? I'm a big big GA fan but I wouldn't do it lol You need to be really retarded to do it for few extra sales... And anyway, Take That is a very popular band, just look at the endless chart runs of Patience and Shine! So there're nothing odd in the new single selling loads on first week. It's not McFly. October 23, 200718 yr I think that's just a few bitter people on internet forums tbh LOL  More than a few - And obviously we know the chart rules hence spreading our purchases between I-Tunes, Woolworths, HMV, Tesco, 7Digital etc, Aswell as buying the CD single in seperate transactions
October 23, 200718 yr Yay for Leona :cheer: Mcfly usually sell a majority of their sales on the first day, so hopefully they'll fall even lower!
October 23, 200718 yr  More than a few - And obviously we know the chart rules hence spreading our purchases between I-Tunes, Woolworths, HMV, Tesco, 7Digital etc, Aswell as buying the CD single in seperate transactions  Well it's obviously not working by looking at the Mid-Weeks lol
October 23, 200718 yr Well it's obviously not working by looking at the Mid-Weeks lol Now we know the midweeks everyone will up their game - I think a look at the Take That forum will show the amount of multiple purchases from DIFFERENT places that is happening from today onwards :P
October 23, 200718 yr Now we know the midweeks everyone will up their game - I think a look at the Take That forum will show the amount of multiple purchases from DIFFERENT places that is happening from today onwards :P Well I do wish you luck :)
October 23, 200718 yr I holding to see how she is doing, if she keeps walking it, I may hold my purchase until next week.
October 23, 200718 yr Now we know the midweeks everyone will up their game - I think a look at the Take That forum will show the amount of multiple purchases from DIFFERENT places that is happening from today onwards :P That's really sad
October 23, 200718 yr Well done to Leona. Take That have done well too. The Sugababes are holding up incredibly well and must still be selling alot. I'm not surprised about Britney dropping, its not a very good single choice and hardly any airplay. I thought Backstreet Boys wouldnt do great neither.
October 23, 200718 yr Author The only competition Leona has got seem to be Westlife next week, but I think she will hold at least for another 2 weeks until Kylie comes out Physically, unless Kylie makes a Download entry at #1 a week early.
October 23, 200718 yr Here is a quote from 'heatworld' Leona Lewis looks set to beat Take That to the No.1 spot this Sunday. Her single Bleeding Love outsold the boys' Rule The World by three to one on its first day of sales in Woolworths. She was also the No.1 download. But it wasn't only in Woolworths that Leona took the lead – in HMV, a spokesperson said, "We're selling twice as many Leona singles as we are Take That." Oh, we're so torn – we love both!
October 23, 200718 yr That's really sad   What is?! That 100s of Take That fans are buying the 2 different versions available of RTW today aswell as downloading the B-Side and buying the CD?!... Its called supporting your favourite artist and seeing as this is a music forum i thought people would be pleased that all these official sales are helping the british music industry or would you prefer everyone downloaded from Limewire?
